Downloads take variable amounts of time, depending on the speed of the internet connection, the number of customers downloading the program at that time, and the length of the program.

A 12-topic program (5 + hours) will take around 15-20 minutes with a high-speed connection. Longer programs will take longer to download.

How do I put the download onto Itunes and my Ipod?

If itunes is your primary music player on your computer: the file should automatically be uploaded to itunes once the download has completed.

If itunes is not your primary music player: after the download has completed, select "Search" in your start panel, type in the name of the program. It will most likely be in your internet temporary folder or a "My Music" folder under "My Documents". Once the search has found the file, right click and click "Open with", and select "Itunes".

If you do not have itunes, go to www.apple.com/itunes to download the latest player.

To put the program on your ipod, connect the ipod to the computer using a USB cord. The ipod will automatically update any new music that is in your music library.
