Conventual Franciscan Father Kenneth G. Davis has served in Hispanic ministry since 1980. An award-winning author, Fr. Davis has published twelve books and over fifty articles primarily in this area. He has lectured on Hispanic ministry across the United States as well as in Mexico, Central America, and Spain. As the only non-Hispanic to ever to have served as the president of the National Catholic Council for Hispanic Ministry, he brings the distinctive perspective of one who ministers cross-culturally and bilingually. Among his awards is first place at the 2009 International Latino Book Award for best religious book (Misa, Mesa, Musa Volume 2 by World Library Publications). However, his greatest honor is having served with some of the country's leading Hispanic Catholics, to whom he dedicates this effort.
